Thinking about joining the team? You’re always welcome to come run with us! Summer practices are held each morning at 8:00 a.m. at the North Facility Stadium on Joy Road. Whether you’re an experienced runner or trying cross country for the first time, we’d love to meet you.
If you plan to join us, please send Coach Goodridge a quick email at salemboyscrosscountry@pccsk12.com so he knows to expect you.

Required Steps to Join XC
Athletic Clearance Checklist
To participate in Salem Cross Country, every athlete must be cleared by the athletic department before the first official practice on August 10. Completing the steps below ensures you’re eligible to participate and ready to hit the ground running.
Please complete each of the following:
- Register in Arbiter (all families must create a new account)
- Submit a current MHSAA Sports Physical
- Pay the participation fee through RevTrak (available beginning August 1; fee is $175)
- Verify that you have been officially cleared by the Salem athletic trainer
Athletes who have not completed these steps and received clearance will not be able to participate in practice on August 10.
✅ Arbiter Registration — New account required. Register on Arbiter
✅ MHSAA Physical Form — Download and complete before your physical. Download MHSAA Physical Form
✅ RevTrak Payment — Opens Aug. 1. $175 fee. Pay via RevTrak
✅ Henry Ford Health Physicals — $25 physicals available. Schedule a Henry Ford Physical
